Creative Souls Hustle Hours

You’re probably wondering what this coined term means? Let me explain.

Hustle Hours is a time for you to get to know your tribe on an intimate basis. Hustle Hours is hosted every other month. Here’s what this two hour session looks like:

• Meet like-minded women: We gather at Fido in Hillsboro village in the back room – look for a Hustle Hours sign. The women who attend want more out of life. They have side hustles just like you and understand the time constraints, sense of overwhelm and excitement that is often bundled when chasing your dreams. There are people from all industries and walks of life. You might even make a new friend who lives in your neighborhood or loves concerts, too! Everyone who attends has the same goal – to make their dreams come true. It doesn’t matter your age, experience, if you’ve been in business 10 years or don’t know where to begin. Come be inspired by the women of Creative Souls Tribe!

• Share wins + dreams: We kick off Hustle Hours going around the table sharing a win. A win is ANYTHING great that’s happened to you – big or small. We celebrate all of the wins (i.e. – the sunshine, engagements, promotion at work, being brave and showing up to Hustle Hours, hitting the gym, or saying no.) Next we’ll have you intorduce yourself. You can discuss your dreams, talk about what ignites your soul and what keeps us daydreaming in the cubicle and late at night while the rest of the world sleeps. It’s a quick introduction, don’t stress if public speaking isn’t your thing!

• Set goals: After we’ve gone around the table and introduced ourselves, we talk about what we want to accomplish. These can be personal goals, business related or anything in between. You set your own goals, but we normally set between 1-3 goals!

• Find accountability: Not only are you being brave and sharing your dreams with a table of strangers, but you never know who will show up that day. There is a commonality of women around this table. It’s a support group. You are partnered with another person and asked to reach out at the midway point (don’t worry, we send a reminder e-mail) to check in and offer words of encouragement to keep them on the right track. The most fun part? Coming back to cheer on your new friends who have met their goals, reassessed how they want to tackle their dreams or decided on a completely different path.

Hustle hours is a time to encourage one another, offer tips that have worked for you and put action behind those goals! It’s basically a built in, structured study hours, but don’t just take it from me. Read some first-hand testimonies from the tribe:
