August: Breaking the Mold

Routines are a natural part of life, but it’s often easier to remain than change. This is why self reflection is key. Here are a few questions – Is this the best version of myself? Am I better today than I was yesterday? If no, take some time to put in the hard work. Maybe you need to re-evaluate your finances, body image, thoughts, food intake, relationships, or career path.  Let’s take a step forward and choose to live above mediocrity.

September: Embrace Your Uniqueness

We’re influenced on what to wear, how to style our hair, who to interact with, and what career path to take.  It’s easy to get lost, but you were created for a purpose and hold tons of potential. How can we learn to love the skin we’re in? It’s accomplished by confidently knowing your identity. You’re a big deal, sis. Your laugh, hair, and age make you unique. Let’s boldly embrace our similarities and differences.

Dare to Be: ME

Life is ever changing. We grow and learn along the journey and continue to evolve as we reach our destination. The only fact we can be certain of is that each experience has enriched our lives. It has molded us into the women we are today. You may not be the same as yesterday, but you’ve grown wiser and stronger. How much do we really know about ourselves?  Are you ready to dive deeper? It’s time to get real, ladies and wholly embrace your uniqueness, past, and what makes you original.

This night will be like nothing you’ve ever experienced. A handful of panelists will dig into the truths. But this isn’t a session for listening only. We’re interacting. Learn about yourself and others when we break out into small groups. Get ready to walk out a little closer to the real you.

  • When? Tuesday, September 25th
  • Where? WeWork 901 Woodland | 901 Woodland Street | Nashville, TN 37206
  • Parking? Street parking + paid lots near WeWork

October: Becoming Her 2.0

As women, we often feel the need to juggle it all – career, family, kids, friends, social life, volunteering, etc. We hit the ground running from the time we wake until we crash back into the pillow at night. Social media has fooled us into believing that everyone is living their best life with no effort. Even though we know people only showcase the picture-perfect, it’s hard not to fall into the comparison game. Are you still evolving into the woman you want to be? Let’s remove the masks and tear down the barriers that hold us back.
